Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Fresh N Clean operates by appointment only to ensure every vehicle receives proper time and attention.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online, message us on Facebook, or text 405-371-0429.
What happens if I’m late?
Please notify us as soon as possible. Significant delays may require rescheduling.
Mobile & Drop-Off Service
Do you offer mobile detailing?
Yes. Fresh N Clean offers mobile detailing for your convenience.
Do you also offer drop-off appointments?
Yes. Drop-off appointments are available and recommended for more detailed or time-intensive services.
What do you need for mobile service?
For mobile appointments, we require:
Access to water
Access to electricity
A safe, accessible work area
If these are not available, a drop-off appointment may be required.
Pricing & Payments
Are your prices fixed?
Base pricing is provided, but final pricing may vary depending on:
Vehicle size
Interior condition
Pet hair
Stains or odors
Heavy buildup
Paint condition
Additional labor required
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept electronic payments (Square, Cash App, etc.) and cash.
Vehicle Preparation
Should I remove personal items?
Yes. Please remove all personal belongings before your appointment.
Fresh N Clean is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Heavily Soiled Vehicles
What if my vehicle is extremely dirty?
Vehicles with excessive buildup, pet hair, stains, or odors may require:
Additional charges
Additional time
Possible service limitations
We will always communicate this before beginning service.
Interior Finish Philosophy
Fresh N Clean does not use greasy or high-gloss products (such as heavy silicone dressings) on interior surfaces.
We focus on:
Clean, natural-looking finishes
Non-greasy, low-sheen protection
Products that are safer for long-term interior health
High-shine products can:
Attract dust and dirt more quickly
Leave surfaces slippery or greasy
Contribute to long-term material degradation
Our goal is a clean, factory-finish look, not an artificial shine.
Paint Enhancement (Important)
Do you offer paint correction?
We do paint enhancement, not full paint correction.
What is paint enhancement?
Paint enhancement includes:
Buffing out light scuffs
Reducing swirl marks
Improving overall gloss and clarity
What do you NOT fix?
We do not guarantee removal of:
Deep scratches
Severe paint damage
Clear coat failure
If your vehicle needs advanced correction, we will be honest and let you know.
Ceramic Coatings
Do you offer ceramic coatings?
Yes. We offer professional ceramic coating services for long-lasting protection and shine.
Do coatings require drop-off?
Yes. Most coating services require a controlled environment and are typically drop-off only.
48-Hour Rain Guarantee (Exterior Only)
What is your rain guarantee?
If it rains within 48 hours of your exterior service, we will touch up the exterior at no charge.
What does this cover?
Light re-cleaning of the exterior surface
What is not covered?
Interior services
Heavy mud or excessive new buildup
Neglect after service
Service Time
How long does a detail take?
Service time depends on vehicle size and condition.
Most services take several hours. We prioritize quality and do not rush jobs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Weather Policy (Mobile Services)
Mobile services are weather-dependent.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to:
Rain
Extreme heat or cold
High winds
Unsafe working conditions
Liability & Service Agreement
By booking or receiving services from Fresh N Clean Coatings & Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Fresh N Clean uses professional-grade products and safe detailing methods. However, due to the condition, age, and prior history of vehicles, results may vary.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, or worn surfaces
Damage resulting from prior repairs, poor paintwork, or failing clear coat
Loose, damaged, or improperly installed parts (trim, badges, moldings, etc.)
Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to detailing services
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Some detailing processes may reveal or make visible pre-existing damage that was previously hidden by dirt or buildup.
Paint enhancement services are intended to improve appearance but do not guarantee removal of all defects. Deep scratches, oxidation, and severe paint issues may remain.
For mobile services, the customer is responsible for providing a safe working environment, including access to water and electricity. Fresh N Clean reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
By proceeding with service, you agree to these terms.
Interior Material Condition Disclaimer
Interior surfaces such as leather, vinyl, plastics, and trim may have pre-existing wear, buildup, or deterioration that is not visible prior to cleaning.
In some cases, the removal of heavy dirt, body oils, or buildup may expose underlying wear, discoloration, or damage, including:
Fading or dye loss
Cracking or peeling
Staining embedded in material
Surface breakdown from age or neglect
Fresh N Clean is not responsible for damage resulting from the normal cleaning of heavily soiled or deteriorated materials.
Exterior Surface Condition Disclaimer
Exterior materials such as plastics, trim, rubber, and paint may have pre-existing fading, oxidation, or deterioration that becomes more visible after cleaning.
Washing and decontamination may remove surface buildup that was temporarily masking:
Faded or oxidized trim
Discoloration in plastics or rubber
Water spotting or etching
Paint imperfections
Fresh N Clean is not responsible for the appearance of pre-existing wear or fading once the vehicle has been properly cleaned.
